The more and more I think about it, the more I want to get involved in the production aspect of cartoons. Whether it be storyboarding or character design, or even just coloring to start, I think it's a direction I want to head. Recently while inquiring about internships at Frederator , Eric Homan (VP and PSU alum!) was kind enough to give me a few tips for getting into the business. They were roughly as follows...

1. Move to LA
2. Meet as many people in the business as possible
3. Keep a blog and post something everyday
4. Figure out exactly what I want to do..
5. Move to LA

Starting today I vow to post a sketch, doodle, or project everyday for the next year (or FOREVER).... lets see how this goes. Here is a quick self portrait from class that I kinda like. Sorry about the phone pic.
